Frequently Answered Questions

Is there any fees I have to pay?

Yes, with all of our rentals we require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the item(s). We also require a damage deposit for each item to be rented and this deposit is refundable which will be returned to you once we receive our items back in the same condition it went out.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We prefer cash or E-transfer but if you're unable to do either methods then we also accept card payments via Square.

Can I still make changes to my rental order once it's been confirmed?

Absolutely, order changes are still permitted to your rental order while it is in the reservation stage.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver free of charge in and around the Vancouver area, other areas outside of Vancouver will incur a flat rate of $25.00. Pick up is also an option that is free.
